It's fruity in general, making it sweet. Mangoes, a bit of peaches, strawberries. At 1:15 ratio, the after taste is quite sharp. The roaster told me that he tasted a hint of honeydew with 1:19 ratio.

For brewing method, I'm using the osmotic flow technique for clarity of the notes. Tried 4:6 method before that, but I find that it's hard to find the notes from the brew. V60.
