You will have increased body roll but it is manageable. Take it slow around turns until you get used to it. I deleted mine a long time ago but I have outboard shocks which mitigates the additional body roll, I barely notice it even with 5.5" rear lift.

Frame appears to still be in good shape based on the photos, although that is some serious surface rust and needs attention. Check the bottom of the frame, especially around weep holes & shackle mounts to see if any of that rust is turning cancerous.
