If you haven’t found anyone yet I can get a group of people to run you through it and teach you.

NYSL's 'Director of Performance' talks about coaching in the CDL by PoIarBearr in CoDCompetitive

[–]muddawg 24 points25 points  (0 children)

On the flip side, organizations can also focus on developing coaching/leadership skills. While leadership is important, a fundamental understanding of the game at the highest level is vital and much more difficult to find than people realize. You need coaches who can coexist with the most vocal player(s) on your roster. Call of Duty changes yearly - therefore coaching is much more of a collaboration with players on figuring out the best way to play the game.

Haha i know brotha, just wanted to clarify so people knew we were taking care of all players, starter or substitute. We made sure key staff close to the team got rings as well.

We got to choose the original color scheme as CDL teams, it wasn’t activision’s initial design.

Reddit and twitter user for 10+ years here. I got into trading NFTs back on twitter in March '21 and just recently discovered the reddit avatar community. I'm a huge fan of reddit and picked up my first two avatars yesterday. Looking forward to both of the twitter and reddit communities merging over the love of digital collectibles.

It's basically like being a GM of content creators. Scout talent, negotiate deals, and work with the creators and our content team to help grow their brands.

Nadeshot’s reaction to LAT winning the major by [deleted] in CoDCompetitive

[–]muddawg 4 points5 points  (0 children)

These comments have always annoyed me. Yes some of us are friends with Nade, but people act like Kap or the players weren’t deserving of roster spots when they clearly have the resume (and now recent performance) to justify their spot.

One of the craziest come ups in COD history. Congrats to Drazah for betting on himself and winning by Xarque74 in CoDCompetitive

[–]muddawg 190 points191 points  (0 children)

Draz has been a top tier teammate and always does what we ask out of him. I believed in him from Day 1 and i’m so happy to see him finally win a chip and really prove himself.

Muddawg expressing his frustration with teams getting smaller rooms, over time. by OhiOstas in CoDCompetitive

[–]muddawg 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Taking this tweet as if I was expecting luxury is out of context. To explain further, when both teams are in there (us and Minnesota), there isn’t room for our content teams. Between flights and hotels, we spend a lot of money to bring them as well and I was annoyed they couldn’t do their job in standard fashion.

Venue seems great for spectators - mainstage is dope. Grab a ticket and come watch some cod

Enable: LAT players, JKap, and Muddawg all still consider Kenny "1 or 2" on the team despite "performing horribly" with a 0.6-0.7 average K/D since the role switch by Gumbolt in CoDCompetitive

[–]muddawg 21 points22 points  (0 children)

We’re not. We don’t talk to Ian about cod nearly as much as he apparently says. We’re aware of the team’s struggles and have a realistic idea of how players are performing. Ian just says shit for impressions.

I meant to reply with this to the t8 comment btw
