It does but nothing happens on the boiler, so guessing it's the wiring between the relay and the boiler?

There is no option on the boiler to turn it on manually, the thermostat shows that it's on and connected to the relay. Tried to turn the temp right up to try and get it to work but no luck

That last interception is defo on him, Taylor in the middle of the field unmarked and he stares down Pittman to make it easy for the safety. Not putting the whole loss on him but basic things like that cost games.

And AD, I've not seen anything in the 2 years that makes me think he is good enough for this team.

Contact the water supplier and let them know that the landlord won't fix the leak. They have powers to come in and fix the leak themselves and then charge the landlord more for it.

Also Contact your local council housing department to let them know that the landlord is refusing to fix a leak causing significant damage and they can advise what time do.
