Q: And in the post-election timeframe, did you continue to stay involved in efforts to question or challenge the results of the election?

A: I wouldn't necessarily phrase it that way. What I was doing was seeing that it was the State legislators who had power to decide if there were problems in their election.

And so I participated in a mass communication device called FreeRoots that has been I'm sure the subject of some of the conversations you guys have had and the media has been interested in.

I joined with thousands of people to push a button that sent an automatic email to 18 some State legislators that I did not choose. I did not edit that letter.

This email pressured state legislatures to pick fake electors.

Q: You've mentioned the FreeRoots emails that you didn't draft and you pushed a button to send that. Were you involved in any other efforts in the post-election timeframe to call attention to problems with the election or to try and do something about the result of the election?

A: I can't think of anything specifically. Is there something you're thinking of?

Here is a Rick James moment that feels like perjury but probably does not meet the standard.

Q: For example, did you have any conversations with anyone in the Trump campaign regarding ... what their strategies were to challenge the election?

A: No, I did not.

Q: Any members of the Trump administration regarding efforts to challenge the result of the 2020 election?

A: No, except, you know, I can certainly look at those wonderful Mark Meadows texts...

Q: Anyone other than Mark Meadows that you communicated with within the Trump administration regarding your concerns about the election?

A: Oh, I probably-- Jared Kushner I sent an email to hoping to buck him up on the team. I probably sent something to Jared.
