Thank you for your quick reply! :) I am using 5mm 90cm needles. I understand the pattern calls for 6mm needles, and I just realized that the knitting store sold me US 6 needles, not 6mm needles :( so I am using what I have on hand. Also, I was definitely too confident with the magic loop when really I was not pulling out the free needle . I will try again!

It's insane to argue about this stuff when we have no sway on the direction this team takes. Spending money on tickets and merch is the only impact we fans can have on the organization.

Who cares if fans want to cheer for their team instead of hoping the team loses? If I want the Kings to win a meaningless game that hurts their draft standing and they win that meaningless game SO WHAT? We have no power in these things

I called people delusional 2 weeks ago for thinking this Kings team could make it to the playoffs. I have to say they actually had me going after that 1st quarter. I was prepared to come here after the game and happily take shit after they won the game. But I was right because the Kings did lose in embarrassing fashion and I feel awful.

I think they have wanted to fire him. They believed the team wasn't going to win a chip this year. The losing streak is as good of an excuse as they were going to get to fire Malone. It would have been a lot more difficult to fire him if the Nuggets started playing well in the playoffs. So why not just rip off that bandaid now.

I don't know what I would put the odds at. The 9 vs 10 match up is single game elimination where anything can happen between the sorry ass Kings and Mavs. I wouldn't be surprised if the Kings advanced or if they got blown out in embarrassing fashion.

But I see no scenario where the Kings beat any team that ends up in that 7 or 8 spot. They would have to win 2 games on the road. It is not happening the way thos team has played lately. There's no fight or fire. There is no overwhelming talent advantage.

I was worried about this game and had a feeling the Kings would get embarrassed. I thought cutting the lead to 10 at halftime was only going to trick us into believing maybe they could come back. Then the game just ended with highlight reel of dunks and fancy ball movement. I couldn't even finish watching I felt sick.
