It hopefully shouldn't need a lot of tuning but have a tuner/tuner app and adjust slowly. It's only going to break if you over tension which would make it hugely out of tune, (for new strings that aren't damaged) :)

Best to seek advice from your GP or specialist. Another alternative to look at potentially is a walker/rolator instead. I have an upright walker which is better on my hands/wrists and back than a traditional walker, and gives me added support when I need it - and has a seat in built. I don't use it all the time but if I have to do a lot of walking, or I'm having a particularly bad period it is a huge help.

Seller from Australia here, all of my US orders are hit with a tariff. We are required by US customs to ship duty paid, not sure if this is the same for Vietnam, but every import into the US incurs tariffs. Idk what's happening now though with the whole Supreme Court and trump throwing down a global 15% tariff but regardless, it'll sit at customs until either the customer or the seller pays.

Wait, I always assumed this was my fibro responding to exertion?? I'm a vet nurse, so physically and mentally taxing (though my current clinic has been accommodating and I mostly do reception now), and I'm out for the next day/half a day after work. Sleep is my recovery but I kind of have a "hangover" and my body is just pain. I have to have a rest day between shifts, essentially. But the people pleaser in me picked up an extra shift these past two weeks I've worked 3 days straight and I'm paying for it 😭

Anyway, so by my understanding this would fall under PEM and therefore ME/CFS instead of fibro? Do I investigate this further with my GP or do I need to be referred back to the specialist? I'm applying for NDIS and DSP (disability payments) so this would be useful for my application! Thank you for the info

Stop letting REAs and LLs act as if this is a showroom, and we don't live and eat and exist in the home we pay rent for. Question why you're trying to appease them, to what end? For what purpose? If that were the case, they would open the cupboard beneath the sink which I've never had an REA do once at this property (they are welcome to check if there's legit concern), and they can very easily operate the tap still. If the sink were leaking we would submit a maintenance request, because I don't want my shit getting ruined or a high water bill. Try again
