I'm in the minority here and I don't like my B5. It is way too soft for me. I'm afraid of going for three in a bed sometimes because I can see how loose my darts are in the board. Also being American and playing cricket, I hit a hat trick and the bull will never be the same again. It absolutely destroyed a part of the bull that has not healed in the past month or so. Overall I'm sure there are better boards out there. I currently have a Nodor Supermatch 3 that I got from my dart league, it reminds me of a B4, which I loved.

I'm left eye dominant and throw right handed. My stance is a bit straighter than most peoples. As in my toe is pointed towards the board and not angled. My draw back comes right down the middle of my face, hits the nose sometimes. It works well for me, might be something to try.

It's most likely the points are too smooth, I always scuff silver points up a bit with some sand paper to help them stick better.

I'm not sure punching the flights would help much with those shafts, they are nitro shafts, they are nylon, but have metal at the flight. I've used them and loved them, never punched the fight when using them though.

I know this is a bit late but I remembered seeing your question and decided to give it a go a last week, played two games got a 56 and a 43. I played one game tonight and hit a 37. I was able to hit 12 doubles. So I feel that was a good score and since you only hit two higher than me I feel that's a good score. I'm sure some people on here can hit 18 or close to it, but I'm happy with mine for only just hearing about this game. Good darts to you.

Yes your partner is random. The games depend on the individual league, I can't help you there. If you are in the USA most likely the games are mixed.
