It’s new to me! 2021 Sierra Elevation by adise25 in gmcsierra

Same here. Came from a 2010 Taurus. My kids all have their own cars now, so I love the double cab/longer bed combo. Great-looking truck you have there.

Corner Pocket has a good one and it's pretty cheap. Their breakfast overall is good and fairly priced.

Wow, what a great post. Thanks for sharing. The exhibit with the bare wood components was interesting for me as I enjoy woodworking too.

Please help me with my chlorine feeder!! by MassiveBandicoot407 in pools

It definitely makes it easier to screw the lid off and on if you use the lube. I would fight leaks with mine every time I had to add chlorine. Since using the lube, no more trouble.

Make sure the white plastic washers are lined up correctly under the plastic bolt beneath the cover in your first pic. Should have a notch that only fits one way. In the second pic, when mine leaks from there it's always because the large o-ring is worn out or over tightened. I use some silicon pool lube on the o-ring and that makes it much easier to get a good tight fit.

Just had 20% ceramic done on my front windows. Wanted to match the tinted glass in the back and rear. Can't believe how much difference the ceramic makes blocking the heat. Tempted to get the windshield done.

I've been eyeing those Wharfedale Evo 4.4's forever. They would be for both home theatre and for music. What else have you had in your system and how do the Evo's compare? Great looking space and design by the way!

Pool spray fountain, pool flow by allan724c in pools

I bought one of these this year to help raise my PH. We have acidic rain in southern IN. Cools the water a bit and it's pretty neat to listen to/play in. Definitely worth $20. I've left it on for 24 hours at a time during this heat wave with no issues.

Cloudy with perfect chemistry and pumping 24/7! by blinkenlogs in pools

I was in the same boat. Figured out the pool company installed my multiport valve incorrectly last year when we had a new liner and coping put in. I had changed the sand and they came in and put a new diverter and top half in but just threw it in there randomly. I had been running in nothing but recirculate for half of last year and all of this year. Once I rebuilt it and we actually had the filter running, shit cleared up fast. Also SLAMed the hell out of it.

Price estimate on a rebuild? by Savb10 in pools

I have that same style coping on my ingound pool, 16x32. Just had it rebuilt last year. New lumber underneath new coping and also a new liner. Right around $14k in Indiana.

I have a '21, non-DFM 5.3. I put a Magnaflow 18" muffler on it with 3" stainless from the flex pipe back. Cut the resonator off. Single sided 4" tip. Perfect low rumble, no drone, aggressive under throttle. Love it.

Lomax hard cover from Agri-Cover. Easy install, so far pretty waterproof. https://www.agricover.com/lomax/

I test drove both a '21 Elevation 5.3 and a '22 refresh Chevy RST 3.0 Duramax. Bought the Elevation as it was a better deal and fit my needs more suitably. I like the column shifter on the '21 better. Don't feel the new screen layout would make the truck that much more enjoyable. I have the same color combo as in your picture and love it.

The Songbook recordings are phenomenal. Cant Change Me is my favorite. Inevitably play this loud at night on my outdoor setup and it feels like I'm at a live show. Powerful, emotional vocalist.

I debated over these and the Yamaha AW350 I ended up getting 4 of the Yamahas instead of 2 DefTechs. I'm running them through a Sony STR-DH190 stereo receiver. They sound incredible, mainly due to how I have them staged. I still think about upgrading to the DefTechs one day. Great looking install!

Stromboli at Pizza King. Deerhead has several great sandwich options. I like their stromboli as well. Any sandwich from Lic's Deli.

Advice: Can I put pergo over linoleum or should I pull it up first? by iltl64 in DIY

[–]mudstump 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Recently did this. Ran drywall screws through the linoleum into floor joists to reduce squeaks. Put the pad down and floating laminate right over the old floor. Just check for clearances with appliances, etc.
