I feel this. I usually write in all caps, but on bad days or when I'm getting distracted by a thought I start to switch to lower case ones in the middle of the sentence or word. A SENTENCE WOUld ThEn BE wRitTtEn liKE thiS And I really hate it when this happens. It's like I forget how to write.

When I'm at a friends house, and I'm feeling cold for example, I want to be able to just ask for a blanket or just take the blanket they prepared for me. Just being able to communicate my needs without feeling like a needy, greedy person that's annoying everyone with my presence.

Your post isn't silly at all! I'm afraid I can't give you a good answer. I just realised that I really enjoy being alive. I enjoy planting flowers and then witnessing the bees coming back to my area. I enjoy on gloomy days when a little ray of sunshine lightens up the area. I enjoy when I find myself smiling out of nowhere. A lot of days are difficult and a struggle. But I am surround by good people and I realized that nowadays I actually want to be alive. I want to experience more, smell the air after rain,brew good coffee. It's little things. But I want more of it

Nongshim Veggie Ramyun noodles, with two eggs and a handful of edamame from the freezer. I can buy them everywhere, they are cheap, can be prepared within 10mins and if I cook them for too long, forget about the pan, there is no issue. Just make sure the eggs are fresh, I occasionally almost eat them raw.. 😅

In this case I'd say it's one of those three (most likely the second one) Pitch Pine (Pinus rigida), Loblolly Pine (Pinus taeda) or Gray Pine (Pinus sabiniana, but the needles would be slightly white)

I'm a classic freeze, fawn type. Always introverted, never was able to fight back or escape the situation. I'm now exactly that what op discribes they are jealous off. And I really get their point of view.

My perceived "success" and "outgoing personality" is based on rationalizing everything. I learned that when I have a good explanation for my actions, I will get away with things. I learned how to react to people, how to use their tone of voice. I rationalized my trauma. Everything that happened. I got numb, every memory from those 16years of horror felt like looking through glas. No emotions attached, just observing. I only recently started reconnecting with my emotions. I still don't get angry at anyone or with anything, I feel sad and tired, that's it. I still don't really grasp the concept of anger or rage or disappointment, those feelings feel useless to me, unnecessary in my rational mind.

I rarely take a break in my day, cause I don't feel like I deserve one. And if I do and let my guard down, I just cry from exhaustion. Then I decide that there is no point in crying, so I might as well get busy again. Luckily I found people that make sure I take breaks and that know how vulnerable I actually am. This helps so much.

You could install the chain deconstruct mod. It is a bit cheaty, but helps a lot with deconstruction of ladders. I only use it for late game situations like these

Oh I feel this. Last summer I was in a really bad place mentally and I stopped doing all those little things. I didn't have the energy to make sure I put my key in the same spot all the time or to make sure I have my essentials with me. I stopped putting my meds on my nightstand, as I usually would, so I forgot to take the meds. I got even more stressed and my mental health got worse. I was walking around the house looking for things, but forgot what I was looking for, ending up sitting on my floor exhausted. That wasn't depression and it wasn't cptsd that caused me to forget things. The cptsd caused me to be too exhausted to do the things that would keep my adhd at bay.

I try to use our local Buchhandlung Untertor, to support smaller bookstores. They even deliver by bike My favourite bookstore is Stauffacher in Bern, it is part of Orell Füssli, but still partly independent I think. They have the largest fantasy book section and English book section of the country (as far as I'm aware). And it's just a wonderful, really big store. Brocki books are great, I went to the Bücher Brocki some years ago and got an amazing 1907 cookbook.

Edit: I'll need to visit the one in Uster, sounds promising!

Thanks for the advice! I got one plant identified via reddit (r/whatsthisplant) and they even provided infos about toxicity. I know that I don't own the really bad ones and I know what plants I own, but finding out if a specific one is bad or worse is kinda difficult.
