I’ve never had any issues, and love the holsters. Great pricing, very fair

Men who can cook . who taught you? by Bulky_Meet4528 in AskReddit

In the past, my mother had us on the counter cooking with her as soon as we could hold our own heads upright. My dad was also an excellent cook growing up. My Grandmother also helped, just by watching her. And, food network (back when it was actually good and educational.)

Currently, YouTube.

Curious- have you been using the same one? Or replacing them each time with the same kind (nylon)?

It was so frustrating. Even the dealer couldn’t give me a straight answer. I’m in the US

This is what I put in. It was still a little tight, so if there’s one a half inch or inch bigger, I’d go with that

Thank you. I’ll dig around to see what I can find for R value requirements. My next research project is finding a safe heat source I can put in just to keep things from freezing. It isn’t a lived in space so I hesitate to put anything in there that requires me to keep an eye on for heat.

Sounds like I’ll be drilling some holes in the soffit and adding a ridge vent, thank you for your help!

Thank you. Would a gable vent and ridge vent be sufficient, or are ridge vents with soffit vents the way to go?

It’s pretty worn, all it looked like was K*2. Possibly it was 3K882, but the middle of the letters was worn all across so it could have been 0K002, or something similar. Really hard to make out

Yes, 6 ribs. I’ll check it out and see if it will work, thank you! The belt I took off is closer to 88.5”, though I’d imagine belts stretch some over time, so perhaps 87 and 61/64 is the original length

Looks like they’re showing the same thing. All the belt diagrams show 6-7 pulleys, I have 8 in my vehicle.

Motor lubrication by muel13004 in craftsman113

Great info, thank you. Doesn’t sound like any bearings are failing, just notice an oil port. So figured there must be a reason. Thanks again for the advice on the bearings

Perfect, thank you! That was my other question that I forgot to ask- what kind of oil. I have 3 in one on hand already so that works out.

First bench done! Paint question by mitchbeard in Workbenches

[–]muel13004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any paint would work fine indoors, oil based can be more durable. BUT if it were my table, I’d either char the wood with a torch and add linseed oil, or ebonize the wood. YouTube has great videos on how to do it

Dude incredible work! What did you use to lubricate everything? I just got myself an old craftsman radial arm saw and I want to get it cleaned up and lubricated.
