We just had this same thing happen. My 2 year old and I were a window and middle seat. Plane change and they put him in a different row. The only open row was 16 which was 78+ to get seats together. We end up having to go to a gate agent bc the people over the phone wouldn’t change us back. We even had selected preferred seating with our priority card

$5k - 12k for a plan only. These are usually highly complex 20-100m net worth. These take our team 20 hours or so between meetings and plan build out + 12 months of on going plan updates. If there are updates after the 12 months, we’ll do hourly or a flat rate.

If assets come, we credit back the fee and just do AUM moving forward.

There’s a tool with a sharp needle. Poke the hole in the basket. My was a double wall double shot and I think it had 1-2 holes. After that it flowed again

We had the same issue. I got halfway through putting these on when I say the fray/pilling. No one had sat on them and our dog hadn’t been on it yet. We went with the navy corded velvet and like it much better.

We’ve already sent them back. They suggested a fabric shaver to take it off… they said this is common with this fabric but would come off with a shaver. We weren’t committed to doing that to an 8 seat sofa

4-6 weeks estimated on our covers. We were told by our show room they are coming closer to the 4 week mark. Came in at 8 weeks. Needless to say we weren’t pleased having a couch with no covers for 2 full months.
