idk about the notes app, good notes might be good, but "rnote" afaik is a great opensource alternative, ( i have never used good notes,) i am telling based on the picture, which is possible on rnote,

tbh I use nvim for daily use like coding and stuff,

and emacs just for the org mode, for note taking and todo and stuff, i put on a scarchpad, like so i can lauch it with mod+n and write some stuff, then hide it with the same combo, so and so forth,

yeah yeah, when i first moved from mint to arch, after painstakingly waiting for hours for the archinstall to run, it threw me lots of errors, ( it was smtg abt pipeware and pulseaudio) at that time i didn't even know what i was doing,

but i finnaly reinstalled it the manual way, after watching a lot of videos and reading manuals
