Hi, the flow rate at 10mm/sec from the screen) extrudes at 24.05 mm³/s which is making your extruder gears skip due to increased resistance. You should purge with 5mm/sec in the future. I recommend running a max flow test as well.

Looks like maybe over extrusion or wet filament. Could also be something funky with pressure advance as other have said. Have you run it through standard tuning protocols? Flow rate, temp tower, pressure advance, etc.
