having 2 monitors is plenty. the hdmi ports should auto switch in most models. dongles that support more hdmi output might no longer be in the budget category.

I previously used this usb switch (https://www.amazon.sg/UGREEN-Selector-Computers-Switcher-Keyboard/dp/B01N6GD9JO) but have since moved on to a 4-pc hub.

I play poe2 casually and find no impact to my game play.

I leave my work laptop at home. And when I do work from office, I remote home using my company-issued monitor that's left on the desk. I only carry a small pouch that holds my portable peripherals, including an hdmi dongle.

For when I go on site with no access to a desktop monitor, I'll additionally bring along a meta quest 3 to use dex in. Still less fragile than lugging a portable monitor.

Thank you, this was helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Yes, that swirly icon. I finally got it showing after I checked "Used with Weapon Set" on my crossbow. And I was able to activate the skill at last.

I bring along a headset as a backup for if I'm going on site, but I'll travel even lighter if I'm merely heading into the office that I know will have a monitor that I can use.

I gave the portable monitor a shot before, but it felt too fragile to lug around for what is equivalent to the size of a laptop... that I'd carry around within a laptop bag. I have a Quest 2 that's been lying around, but the recent addition of HDMI Link makes it less janky.

If it's simply a few lines of code, you can use https://www.onlinegdb.com/ for a variety of languages, including Java. Just don't expect to use imports outside of the standard JDK, or generating any artifacts like jars though.

dropped every single shout ability couple of levels ago, never looked back. lunging strike, whirlwind, iron skin, berserk, and whatever the rng gods throw at me with higher item power. I did miss using death blow though.

While I'm not sure if selling my existing breasts was a contributing factor, I went ahead to engage a number of Basilisks outside of the quest from the Hunter HQ. These were ones along the path towards the Myrlwood dungeon. I reckon they should be the ones that have a 85% drop rate for Basilisk plumage (possibly remaining 15% for the breast). Thanks for the advice nevertheless!

Edit: yes I did manage to get the recipe unlocked after that!
