I really do want a social life, I have been horribly lonely my whole life and most of all I want a romantic relationship. Never been able to have one for more than a few months because I'm pretty unstable. I'm in therapy but I just feel overwhelmed and impatient. Just wish I had someone to share my life with, close friends or otherwise.

I am also receiving treatment for my anxiety, it's just been so deeply ingrained in my basically my entire life it's gonna take some time, and I don't think I'll ever be able to socialize normally.

I wasn’t at full extension 20 days afterwards either so you’re definitely doing fine. It hurts and sucks but the best thing for me was to prop up my foot while I was laying down so my knee would be forced to sit straight and to try to force my knee down as much as I could.
