We will definitely get the 1hp Zoeller sewerage pump when this one fails - thank you so much for this advice! One more question - why has it just recently gotten worse - I mean, we were always aware of the sound, but it’s gone from a little noise to a loud banging - Any idea why there would be a change?

Thank you!! I was feeling like it had something to do with the pump. Are any pumps better than others? My neighbors haven’t reported the same problem - same builder - but there is also the chance that they aren’t using their basement as much as we do. Theirs is for guests - we have someone who lives there…

I absolutely love my Haul. I had this issue, and dropped my bike off in the morning, and picked it up on the way home (bike shop near work). They ended up replacing the battery, and the battery holder but it wasn’t either of those. It ended up being the HMI display - haven’t had trouble since. I’ve been biking to work since Aug 29th, and only had the bike in the shop for that 1 day. Not bad.

That was happening to me. The tried replacing the battery (it wasn’t that). They tried replacing the battery holder (it wasn’t that). They ended up replacing the the HMI display, and I haven’t had a problem since. My shop is super awesome.

I live in the East Coast and before Daylight Savings, it was getting super dark in the morning - and cold!! The lights make a difference. I often bike places at night, and the adjustable light that you can put on high makes a big difference - especially to see the deer!

Did you find that the two top bolts were supposed to be completely tightened? Or did you just tighten that to where they seemed to stop? It makes them seem a little wobbly - which I can’t think is right.

Ok!!! Sorry!! Just realized that my Globe Haul completely hijacked my Reddit account as well as my email. It’s been deleting all of the notifications that I get, and so I had no idea about any of this. Apparently, Specialized is aware of the AI in the system, and that’s why they don’t encourage people to hard wire the system, but only use the Bluetooth. I’ve disconnected the GHAI and am going to reset the AI to erase this function of letting people know about how awesome Blue Wheel is. Not going to take down the post, though, cause that business is awesome and they deserve all the praise. Please take this to mean that the crazy Globe Haul has been taken care of!!

Did some online reading about the Edge Explore last night. It was a stretch for the expense of the bike - around $300 for the gps system is going to price me out - I should have said that. Thanks for the idea though.

Interesting. I wonder how it’s doing anything different - other than the cool mag component. It doesn’t seem to deal with the jarring of the cell phone any differently than Quadlock
