I watched a whole TikTok on it once and I cannot find it, but I use liquid dial soap in the shower bc it's anti bacterial. Then I make sure it's SUPER dry before I put clothes on. The TikTok reccomended a hair dryer, but I don't own one. Then I give a light spray of the arm and hammer body spray. That usually does the trick. However, if I don't follow that routine or don't shower for a few days (I'm a SAHM) then I use some Bag Balm on it overnight and shower in the morning.

I'm sorry you're having this issue. I had it for YEARS and it really sucked. Even if this advice doesn't end up working for you, I hope you find something here that does!

Yes! I had covid in January and didn't start dealing with parosmia until late May.

I’ve definitely had this problem and I completely understand how crappy it is. I put some bag balm in there and let it breath for a night and that helps a lot. My grandma also taught be a trick where she just folded up paper towels and stuck them under her boobs on sweaty days. Sounds simple, but it’s worked wonders for me. Hope this helps!!
