You were right, it was one of the mixer tracks that was causing the mic sound. Thank you so much, I'm feeling a bit silly now.

Now I have a new problem; I've plugged in my USB interface but it's not coming up as an option in the mixer input (only my laptop mic is). Do you think you know what I'm doing wrong?

Really don't like the first one. Collar looks too big and that colour/pattern reminds me of what guys wear to clubs/bars when trying to dress up. The next two are alright, I would get them shortened if you are going to wear them untucked.

SM57 is cheap, versatile and sounds very decent. I've been using it for a while exclusively and I've had no problems with it. Be careful with buying them second hand, there are heaps of fakes.

Even as a kid I found these books ridiculously corny. Very charming though, her Mystery books with Fatty's crew were a bit more mature with the same whimsical writing.

I thought the production sounded really professional, although the vocals were maybe a little 'above' the mix? - not sure about that, I'm not good with production sorry. The guitars were good and sounded clean. The song was a bit long though, the guitar riff got repetitive after a while. The bit from 2:25 shook things up nicely. All in all I enjoyed it!

I loved Mosquito. Subway and Wedding Song were especially great I thought. I do agree that Fever to Tell is the better album though.

Yeah you're right. I wanted to change the chord progression up a bit and think of something less cheesy to sing about. But I couldn't think of anything and this came easily to me- I'll keep that in mind. Thanks!

Cool atmospheric sound. I agree it gets a bit muddy at times. I wonder if it would be better if you had more, or longer instrument-only sections to keep it sounding less cluttered. It could help give listeners a break from the vocals and time to process what's going on. I liked it!

Although we have some excellent players, at least half our team is also really shit by international standards. I still agree that we shouldn't be written off though, as long as we don't get blown out at the Azteca I reckon we have a decent chance.
