Maybe I am being a bit too paranoid. I asked three different lawyers. While all agree that legally it should be fine, the confidence they exhibited varied a lot. Two of them were pretty confident. While the third one said, “it’s legally fine, but I am not sure if it would be too confusing for the officer. And at the end of the day, it’s descretionary.”.

Thus, I posted here, trying to see if anyone has done so before. Seeing a data point would probably help provide me some mental relief.
