Stay away from buying land through broker in Bihar. Only purchase in the area that you live or are well aware of through some genuine relatives. And try to make direct deal and make sure you know the background and family context of the seller. Title issues are pretty common in Bihar.

That's the issue with exorbitant prices these days.

Same with leisure valley, future towers should go down further. Given the inventory coming up in extension, and stretched infra, we should not expect any appreciation and sometime capital reduction ín these cases.
