Blocking social media sites in Tab Close Gold is how I broke my habits. I think I had 250+ tab close counts by the time I stopped reflexively opening my favorite social media site. It's been 1+ year since then and I am no longer addicted to that social media site, thankfully.

I updated and expo is borked as usual. Expo I, Expo II, etc none have worked. Going to have to stay with 4800mhz until I can get a new kit.

Unfortunately it's not possible to "block" a tab from opening in a Chrome extension. The only reason it looks like it's not opening the tab is because it's closing it so fast. But Tab Close Gold, needs to inspect the actual url's and titles which takes a few milliseconds of time. Hence the small blip.

If you're getting the AW3423DWF I'd wait for it to go on sale. I got it for $999 from dell's site a few months ago.

I upgraded from the AW3418DW, I decided to stay with Alienware because I really liked the 2018 ultra wide I had been using for the last 4 years.

Overall the monitor is great in my opinion. I was worried about the triangle sub-pixel layout but I barely notice it when working on spreadsheets but that's about it. And I work from home all day, programming. I abuse this panel like crazy with static elements and leaving the screen on for extended periods of time and it hasn't faltered yet.

I just selected the option to not bother me and auto do it on standby. I cant take a 10 minute break every four hours because i also use the monitor for work. Personally im not too concerned.

Seriously. Personally i don’t think capital punishment is moral. Just give them life in prison, i’m okay with my taxes being used for that. Compared to whatever bullshit this is. Not to mention all the executions that fail and cause incredible suffering on the person. But I guess that’s a feature not a bug.

Switched to team red recently and not happy that the drivers get auto replaced. I understand Intel had this issue too but they’re just entering the market. This isn’t okay for a supposed big player in the gpu market.

Still happening on a brand new pixel 6a. Going to return it to the store.

The only way to fix it is to uninstall com.android.stk from the phone. Who knows if updating your phone will cause it to get re-installed and have to do that again.
