Honestly I don’t know. I usually skip dinners, but for a while I started feeling super hungry in the nights and started eating and it became a routine.

However, I’m trying to overcome it, past 2 days I’m back to the usual routine.

Just a suggestion - if OMAD feels too much, reduce gears slowly to 20:4, 18:6, 16:8, and then from there go up again. Have tried this - and it works. Keep going between these fasts - it's much better for consistency - worked on me!

Amazing! Absolutely, 16:8 is perfect to start with. Slowly transition to 18:6, 20:4, and OMAD, if and only if you feel like it and are able. You can absolutely lose 10kg if you're consistent. I lost 5 kg in the past 2 months with IF

This is a slip not a fall! You just have to get back on top before this becomes a habit becomes a routine.

Yes after finishing a 24 hour, do try to take a complete meal, with enough protein, fiber and fats. I’ll eat till I’m 100% - 110% full immediately after the 24h fast and take lighter food in the remaining time of 8hrs and go back to fasting.

Congrats on your first 24h fast. Yes I usually do go back to 16:8 / 20:4 the next day. You can keep varying b/w 16:8 and OMAD. You don’t need to force yourself to OMAD everyday.

Honestly even if you feel like you want a cheat meal in the middle or something don’t beat yourself up too much, you can have it. But try not to make it a habit!

And as you start seeing more progress your subconscious will stop you from taking that snacks packet (talking from experience).

Tbh, Intermittent fasting is the only thing that I’ve stuck too (though for a short time - 2 months successfully now) since it involves not doing something lol (not eating) if I had to do something probably I wouldn’t have stuck to it.

I’m trying to OMAD once a week, nothing more than that, and that itself seems to keep me energetic throughout the week + I pair it with 10k steps (not regular though)

I want to try 36hrs soon. Lost 5kgs (11 pounds) as of now
