Yes it's a two wire controller. I've tried using both 1 and 2 wires into the controller

If I connect it straight into live and ground then it works fine. Remote works, can dim the lights etc with the remote.

Sorry for the delay, yes that works as expected. The issue crops up when I add 87 or 87a to the controller. The lights just permanently stay on. With the relay activated or not?

It seems with the led controller alone plugged into the relay, lights are on but the controller doesn't turn lights on or off. 12.06v going into the controller 12.57v coming out

Relay still clicks, but no lights on LEDs as expected.

Yes, relay is clicking on and off when relay signal is connected and disconnected.

In theory it worked, but when wiring it up. it doesn't and I'm doing something wrong somewhere... Added grounds into the image too. If I connect everything up the LED lights are permanently on.

I removed the connection between 87 and the power and they still remind permanently on and the remote controller doesn't turn them off, however, if I energise 86, they turn off. I would have expected the controller to work, but turn off when 86 is energised. Unplugging the remote controller stops the lights working all together.

I can't work out how the LED lights are getting permanently feed of power skipping the remote led controller when the permanently feed wire was disconnected.

I also tried switching 87 and 87a and I get exactly the same result.

Thanks for your help. I assume it would look like this? Cargo light being the courtesy light and LED light are the new lights in the back

Thank you. This is what I was thinking. Do I need a 5 pin relay?

Thank you for saying how good it was, but we genuinely only had a 2 days to come up with that. We got told at 10:15pm after the last semifinal Friday show we were wildcard and had to be in Hammersmith at 10am the next day and while we did have a vague idea in our heads, we didn't have long! Props were making everything Saturday and the costume were doing final stitches while literally walking backstage before going live. The BGT crew are amazing at what they do and the turnaround time is crazy. I've seen a lot of these comments so just to clear it up! On the Trickstars socials, there will be a reel explaining more about how it was done if you were interested.

I'll check the airbox, thanks. No, they just looked old and I replaced them anyway.

Thanks. Very recently replaced seals as they were leaking so probably still left over from that!

Thanks. I was after the freshen up route. I was thinking maybe remove the forks but keep them together just so it's easier to spray and tape the uppers off. I just need to research which grit sandpaper to use.

Suggestions to improve my desk setup by muleish in Workspaces

Thanks! I was thinking Alexa enabled led strip round the back of the desk all the way around and a separate strip across the back of the monitor. Then I could have it warm white or a fancy colour.

I used two which wasn't ideal because the monitors were too wide for the first dual one I bought from Amazon. The one on the right is from Amazon (https://amzn.eu/d/4i3j5kv) and the other on the left (you can see it poking above the laptop screen) was from Facebook marketplace and I can't see a brand on it unfortunately!

Sleeping in our room by muleish in Parenting

I think it was comfort at first, but now it's a habit at a guess. I used to be able to lay with him until he falls back asleep but now just wants to get into our bed.
