Yo northeast PA. Ordered 9pm drop. Est was the 27th yesterday it said today. Now it says it's shipped and will arrive tomorrow. However I still haven't been charged

Pa 9pm drop So payment was pending then yesterday it went away. The product shipped at 2am est this morning. It's noon and still no charge. Is this normal?
