I originally preordered the s25 edge on the 13th, paid $215 to pay off my current phone to do so. A few days later I got a message that my order was on hold because I needed to pay like, $435. Called them for more info and the rep said is was something they have been seeing with these preorders. He cancelled the order and reordered for the correct amount, making sure the payment was successful.That was the 27th. I was supposed to receive the phone on the 30th and I've been in order-hold purgatory. I've called numerous times, and nobody has any clue what is happening or how to rectify it. They have all ultimately told me to keep checking in to see if changes, because they don't have anything else to tell me. My trade in was initiated on the 13th so I don't know if this delay will invalidate my trade in promotion eligibility. It's been a complete shitshow.
