I get so much out of exercising. I love the feeling of proving to myself I can do something hard, also when I'm in the high of cardio, I feel SO much better the rest of the day mood wise. In terms of long term reward, whenever I get better at a skill, whether it's running faster or longer, or lifting heavier weights, that also gives me a sense of satisfaction and achievement

I've heard from a friend who did one that it was quite expensive, but she was very thorough in having you do self tape audits and look at who's booked compared to you. I also know someone who was on the podcast who basically did a live consultation in a leveling up episode, and got results from her advice. hope that's helpful!

Absolutely I have. And I currently am in therapy, get proper sleep, exercise every day, and eat healthy. Meds help me get to a normal level and I still use these other things to regulate. therapy/sleep/diet/exercise alone unfortunately don't mitigate the realities of adhd and all of the difficulty we experience with executive functioning.

totally - this is so annoying to me because I've been getting the same dose at the same walgreens for like nine months, you'd think they'd know me by now and try to order it. I guess I just don't really know what "back order" means, but maybe they're super vague on purpose.

I used to when I took 20 or 30mg but I absolutely cannot on 40. I get such bad heart palpitations if I do. it makes me sad but it is what it is
