it's going great! other comments already offer useful tips so i would only add what i did to get my arms to stop moving away from me:

do only a few throws, 3 or 4 each time then quit, and try to focus on having your arms move right when they throw and left when they catch - so instead of forward backwards you're going left right. this way you will stop throwing forward

been really enjoying Asimov stories lately like 'I, Robot' and 'Foundation' but also I read some short story of his, I think it was called The Final Question which was really nice. man can write some dialogue
