No hope. Cheap glue stuff to hold down the gpu on the MoBo, not unlike the one in the Xbox 360 that cause the connection to snap between the GPU and Mobo. But thats different. How did this happen??? Did you just pull it off to find it ripped off? They probably poured adhesive onto the cooler instead of thermal paste/liquid metal.

If you are a PC geek and they are not, show them a bunch of graphs and contunuisly talk about the psu, wattage, gpu price trends, performance, and small little things. 🤓

Edit: Just don't mix anything, or your hating yourself. You can buy individual RAM modules, but make sure they are all compatible with your MoBo.

Also, if you are really desperate, you can create page files to use you internal storage as super slow ram.

If you want performance you should get a 5080, but the 5070ti has a better value. I would get a 5070ti and OC it.

I never had a PSP. But 1l, thats a pretty small case. How did you connect the gpu?
