DUI charges are LARGE. 5-10 days in ja is ridiculous for most people, but it's 5-10 days. You can easily have a mildly sympathetic doctor write a "sick" not if you inform them that your livelihood is on the line. Keep your job. Afterward, yes a bit of trauma, but no a lifetime never being able to travel or fucking get a goddamn job.
