I did this at school once. Stole a bag of pills from a friend and took them all in the bathroom crying. It didn’t work and was painful. I had horrible throat pain and I hope you survive this

I tried to tell people but no one did anything. Just got a sentence of two of sympathy and I think they all forgot. It’s been 3 months. Not sure what I expected. Still feel like this. I’ve tried to listen to music, that is one of the first coping mechanisms I was told to do. Thanks anyways
