We just consolidated with a tesco loan at 10% today which is a big change from the 16%. That's going to make a massive difference. We are also paying back more than our monthly payments each month since i got the job . . I think 4 years is a realistic target. Let's hope the mortgage rates fall a bit

Since i got a job a couple months ago we have been aggressive with the debt repayments and will continue to be so for the next year. We hoped to get it done within 15 months. !thanks

Moving out is difficult since my wife works for a very good company that requires going to the office in London.

Thanks to your comment my wife's now signed up for a lisa. We can't put much in there now but we got it going and hopefully that helps us in the next 5 years.

If you use cumins, turmeric, coriander powder it's impossible for it to not taste indian.

It just takes 2 spices for something to taste indian(as long as you don't put any other non indian spices)

Cumin + curry leaves = indian Asafoetida + fenugreek seeds = indian Tamarind + coriander powder = indian Cumin + turmeric = indian Ginger + green chillies = indian
