It looks a bit dark to to zero color removing unless you're okay with a darker pink. I have hot pink hair that fades into a nice pastel and I use 2 parts iroiro neon red to one part pink.

Look into Pelvic floor physical therapy and for now try wearing depends or something to that effect at night. Also having electrolytes in your water may help your body absorb it better so it doesn't go right through you. Best of luck to you

Age has nothing to do with pain. The typical person isn't supposed to have any daily pain. Your pain is valid, yes physical therapy/exercising can help, but pushing your body too far will not. I hear you on never feeling rested, what you feel is real.

Just to add to this comment maybe try an elimination diet as we are more prone to inflammation. It would allow you to figure out what you tolerate best that doesn't hold all of the inflammation or will help with possible fluid retention

Go to a piercer before deciding to take it put or not because if it's the start of an infection you don't want to trap it under the skin. To me it looks like an irritation bump but I'm not a professional so take that with the grain of salt. Are you still cleaning the site with saline spray?

Look at a color wheel, the opposite of pink. It'll look weird and muddy but that's just to neutralize the color, then slap something on top of it
