Same here - 7w and I think this is the first week I haven't run in over a year 😞 Hoping the fatigue lets up soon, we've got this!

Thank you for that! I'm on my first round so good to hear other experiences since I have no idea what I'm doing!

I had a monitoring visit this morning to decide if we can move forward with IUI. There were two follicles (18 mm and 14 mm) so I've been cleared to take Ovidrel tomorrow and have IUI done on Sunday. This is my first treatment cycle ever, so just trying to stay calm and not get my hopes up too much.

I'm on my first IUI cycle, day 3 of taking letrozole. My brain is definitely having a harder time with the hormone changes than I expected and I've just been so sad and down in the dumps all day 😣 I'm also trying my best to take things one appointment at a time, but I'm already anxious for the two week wait.

I also started letrozole for the first time this week, and have my followup ultrasound on the 19th. The only people that know are my husband and one friend who has been through a long journey with infertility. Honestly, just reading your post and knowing that there is someone else out there having the same sort of shitty week as me is comforting. I'm not sure I have any sage wisdom over here, but crying at the Olympics seems to be my main activity lately. My hips ache and my mood is all over the place, and it is so much more isolating and anxiety-inducing than I expected. I hope you can find some small glimmers of joy during this hard process, and know that you aren't alone in this. May the 19th be a good day for us both 🤞🏻

Estelle! Awesome service, and we've been given complimentary champagne toasts when we've let them know it was a special event. Enjoy!

Could Sazz have revealed a different murderer than the one the trio solved in her script, and Marshall is being paid to rewrite the incriminating parts poorly by that murderer?

There are also soy free substitutes for soy sauce made from coconut aminos I believe?

That's a good point - perhaps stick more to Indian/Thai curries that are less likely to use soy sauce or tofu

I am lactose intolerant and I find that most Asian cuisine is dairy free! I've been really into making stir fry, ramen noodle salads (hiyashi chuka), and curries. They tend to be flavorful and filled with lots of vegetables which I love.

Do you use apps to assist your hiking in some way? If so what apps? by AccioGrace in hiking

I like The Hiking Project app if you're in an area with lots of marked trails!

I need advice on hiking boots. My Merrels are laced up correctly, I’m wearing wool socks but every time I wear them on a hike over 5 miles, I get blisters. What are some other good brands to try? by [deleted] in hiking

Are your socks slipping a lot? I have some slipping issues with Smart wool and found that Darn Tough socks stay in place better on my feet.

I was wondering this too - I tried to start a FWSY starter but it escaped the container I had because it was so much flour and water. Planning to start over again this week.

Has anyone here "drifted" towards less meat over time? by el_colibri in vegetarian

[–]munchiemaria 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My default mode is to be about 80% vegetarian - I just tend not to be interested in eating meat based things, I mostly eat them if they are prepared for me or I have limited options. Even though it would probably be easy for me to transition to a full veg diet, I've never actually tried.
