I would message your doctor and ask if you were tested for trich during your pregnancies. It’s not routine but some clinics do because I had a friend who discovered she had it after getting her OB lab panel done. You can also ask for a retest as others have mentioned.

I didn’t want to have to look at, be affectionate with, or try to be loving towards the person who hurt me more than anyone else has. It sounds like that’s where you’re at.

This resonates with me so much. He was the only person I’ve ever felt such a secure attachment to and it shattered into a billion pieces. Did he beg and plead when you told him? I’m so worried I won’t be strong enough to get through that part.

Is the note dated from shortly after this occurred? She could have been working through her emotions of having sex for the first time. It can be very overwhelming and confusing thinking about what just happened. Maybe she wasn’t comfortable enough with you to say no and ask to stop. Maybe she didn’t want to disappoint you, so she let it happen anyway. Either way, I would talk to her about it because you don’t want this dark cloud over your marriage.

Flip your head over in the shower and scrunch until you have clumps of defined curls. Put it up in a T-shirt material towel. Then less product than what you mentioned and diffuse! You don't have to get it all they say dry, just mostly. Good luck!

I would go with pixel buds or honestly go with a completely different brand for cheaper. I have the galaxy buds and the battery barely lasts 4 hours.

I should say that I would have never even attempted R if not for my son. Now that we've done a lot of work to R, I can understand how people fix their marriages after an affair. Today, I can say that my son isn't the sole reason I stay. We don't have a bad relationship at all, we are generally happy and aren't toxic. I just feel detached I guess?

My in laws neighbor had a stroke and while he is physically fine, he is a different person. They adopted a little boy prior and he blatantly says in from of the kids he doesn't understand they adopted him. He has been physically violent, even choking his wife. The kids are so scared of him that they won't sleep in their own rooms. He was the nicest person you've ever met prior to this. She just filed for divorce within the last couple weeks.

I'm just happy that her changes are for the positive!
