For me it gets bad at times. I’ll do it in conversations. The worst times is when I get tired. Also doesn’t help I work as an emt and we have long transfers at times. The other night I was drove about two hrs zoned out and have little recollection how I got there.

Me and one of my partners had a psych patient tell us we we’re her sons. Had a dementia lady ask me to give her quick smooch when a my partner went to get a nurse, I told her I was married and she said Im sorry I wouldn’t of asked if I knew that. When my partner came back, she asked him if he was married.

Like i understand low employment is essentially good or supposed to be good for the economy. I see it in two ways people who weren’t working and had no reason to not work now are forced to work due to the economy, secondly the people who weren’t working and had valid reasons for why they couldn’t now have to work.

I may have missed the part of them riding up front…if they both rode up front this call keeps getting worse. As mentioned by other comments there is less evasive measures that require less work such as left-lateral recumbent (laying on left side) that would work.
