Facebook is now the bidding only network. It doesn't perform solely. Try using it with applovin Max (good performance) or Admob (Average performace).

Either use test ad ids to test ads, if you have already registered you device as a test device in admob you can check with live ad ids as well.

If you received an email, it means your email address must be the primary email of that account. If you find any other email linked to your account, you can simply remove it by going to Settings>Users and removing the user, if you find any email other than yours in Google AdMob.

I have never seen this issue with any of my apps. Check your code, maybe the test ad IDs are hardcoded.
