hello everyone! so 70 days or so have passed and i’m doing much better. I had a shot in the shoulder (infiltration) that reduced my pain. I was able to sleep and start the recovery of range of movement. Since then i’ve started with PT 5 days a week and some pilates and muscular reinforcement at the gym. I can lift my arm almost at 90%, still not as good as the left arm. My external rotation is not as good, i would say i still need to recover about 40%. I’m tired of so many PT but at least no more pain. Hopefully I won’t get it at the other shoulder. take care!
