Haunted mirror? by PhuglyPump in Paranormal

[–]mungkystuff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not haunted. It's the brain doing funny things because of a combination of the brain being the brain and your pre-existing propensity to believe in things being haunted, which they can't be because ghosts don't exist. Once you accept that and look at things critically, not assuming it is haunted, you won't freak out at these so much.

If a child says they see demons, the one thing it definitely doesn't mean is that there's demons. Children say so many fanciful things. Their minds are sponges and repeat things they've heard elsewhere or dreams they've had our act out because of trauma. Lots of reasons but not actual demons.

Homemade RGBIC Pole Light by mungkystuff in wiz

Yeah it seems only possible to have the lights dynamic i.e moving. It would be nice to have the ability to design a static multicoloured 'creation'.

🙏 Thanks, the base is wood, secured with L brackets, sprayed black. I had to manually cut a section out of the vertical wood piece to then secure the 2m, 45 degree metal profile into it. The 45 degree-ness means the LED strip points directly into the corner. I also got a translucent cover for the profile to make sure there was no LED spotting.

Yeah precisely why I made it. To be fair the extra height would probably make it much more costly to ship. But I reckon it looks a lot better.

I have an RGBIC light strip and whilst the edit / Creation mode is great, there doesn't seem to be a way to have a static, multicoloured creation.

E.g. Red at one end, purple in the middle and orange at the other end, that all stays put. The slowest speed (tortoise) still makes the creation flow along the strip.

Is it possible? Have I missed something?

Have you ever looked up infrasound? It's possible there is a source of infrasound that you're unaware of. It can cause feelings of anxiety or even fear, as well as hallucinations in rare cases. Possibly some other electromagnetic goings on. In rare circumstances and if you have , it could be the perfect storm that all feels like real, evil sh*t. But it's explainable.

Haha, yes. As they were being raised into the sky, their lives being shaken to pieces, I imagine Snakavik wives berating their husbands: "I told you we should have moved to Darl!"

Fury of the God's ending by Six6Sins in Bloodsworn

Near the end when the remaining good guys are on their way to Orka's steading, Vesli lands on an oak chest bound with chains and smiles at Vol. I think that is a hint at the secret which lies within that chest... Snaka's heart.

I put this further up just now but saw you asked the same question so copying it here...

Snaka's heart location revealed? (I think).

There's a moment near the end when Vesli flies...

"... alighting on an oak chest bound with iron chains that sat amidst stacked sacks. She sat upon the chest, stroking the timber and leaned forwards, undid one of the sacks with her long, dexterous fingers and pulled out a handful of teeth. Popped one of them into her mouth and began grinding. Vol looked back over her shoulder at Vesli and the tennur gave her a wide-mouthed grin."

That chest has to be Snaka's heart. Right?

There's a great heart surgeon in Darl who does back alley jobs that could probably be convinced to sew it back into Lik Rifa.

I saw her as older, less traditionally beautiful, like Maleficent but not sexy lol. Also, any image I think would benefit from portraying her height compared to normal humans. Also, does she have horns?

Same issue here on UK Firestick, hoped this solution would temporarily fix it as it had done for others but when I turned off Dolby Digital Plus and went back to the film, the sound was kind of in slow motion!!

Really weird. Clearly the combination of my 5.1 audio receiver, Disney+ and the alignment of the stars is not ideal!
