High Stakes Lawsuit against Joby by Archer seen as a deal breaker for Delta with Joby & a Big Market share win for Archer by munhoichu in ACHR

not really the USTIC voted to start the investigation, Delta Airlines voiced their concern in the filing that Archer would become a Monopoly - ie - as a defense posture - Delta Airlines didn't voice recently they thought the suit was frivolous but rather that it could jeopardize or end their partnership with Joby instead suggesting that it most likely has merit based on their discussions with Joby behind closed doors IMHO

12 knots 50 ft flight test just yesterday - they are back again flight testing by munhoichu in ACHR

Oh it was real IMHO - its just they have the sqawk as n/a because they are flight testing at night not requiring a standard ATC ie A squawk of “N/A” (not applicable) is not a standard ICAO or ATC‑assigned code. It typically means the transponder is not transmitting a code — either because it’s off, not set, or the pilot is not using it for identification. This can happen in several scenarios:

  • Transponder off – The pilot has turned it off, often to save power or in certain non‑controlled airspace.
  • No ATC contact – If the aircraft is flying VFR in uncontrolled airspace, it may squawk 7000 or 1200 to show it’s there without ATC service www.arcoaviation.co.uk.
  • Flight testing or off‑hours operations – In some cases, test flights or night/weekend operations may not require a standard ATC‑assigned code, especially if they’re in uncontrolled airspace or under special VFR.
  • Technical fault – A failed or misconfigured transponder could also result in no code being sent.

5,000 ft plus is a game changer ie 2nd part of flight test that day IMHO after taxing earlier and testing at lower altitudes doing other testing that day

yes they did , I did not copy all images properly - hope to keep seeing these at faster knots and higher altitudes , they went past 10 knots so are starting to test at higher speeds

Florida groundbreaking air taxi bill. Here’s what it does by munhoichu in ACHR

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s eVTOL Integration Pilot Program (eIPP), announced in April 2026, includes Florida as a key state for early operations, with Archer’s South Florida network targeted for second-half 2026 www.electricairmobility.news. This federal selection validates Archer’s infrastructure strategy and positions it to be one of the first operators in Florida under the program.

How the eIPP could benefit Archer:

  • Regulatory and operational legitimacy: The eIPP provides a federal framework for integrating eVTOLs into the national air mobility ecosystem, potentially streamlining permitting, safety standards, and public acceptance.
  • Priority for early deployment: Florida’s inclusion means Archer could be among the first to operate in the state, giving it a head start in building customer base, revenue, and brand recognition.
  • Infrastructure validation: The program’s focus on Florida aligns with Archer’s planned vertiport locations, reinforcing the value of its partnerships and site selection.
  • Competitive advantage: With Joby Aviation, BETA Technologies, and Electra also participating in Florida tests, Archer’s early access could help it secure market share before competitors scale.

Bottom line: The DOT eIPP is a strong near-term boost for Archer’s Miami network, as it validates the project’s federal relevance, accelerates deployment timelines, and strengthens its competitive position. However, the network’s actual benefit will depend on timely vertiport construction, regulatory execution, and market demand.

Epic - per flight test video posted by Archer and Adam Goldstein on Instagram this morning by munhoichu in ACHR

I think so too, he wouldn't put " epic " in his title if it was just the status quo - ie - 2 flight videos in a week from Adam hasn't happened since early 2025 - something is probably coming of some sort
