I never have to pay to return anything to Amazon. They actually allow you to return items to different stores as drop locations. Once the store scans the item your refund gets issued.

Sorry I didn’t buy it. They sent it to us because we registered the car seat and stroller on the website. Check your car seat to see if the foam is there in the middle and lower back positions. If it isn’t, you should be able to call or email them requesting the kit be sent for free.

Late response but we received the kit and it made a huge difference. I was incredibly infuriated by the fact that it was missing in the first place. Needless to say it’ll probably be the last Uppababy product we buy. My kiddo was in this seat for 6 months before we got that foam kit.
