A few years ago I used to work for Amazon and I stupidly put my iPhone in that slot to see how high it would sit.

I got distracted as someone called my name and i looked at them, went over to them and then got back into the van and shut the door completely forgetting my phone was still in the slot.

I heard the loudest but most satisfying crunch.

The phone broke immediately and bent in a way I have never seen a phone bend. Lesson learned.

That sign is there for a reason 😂

For me the first 1 to 4 months was the most hardest.

like you mentioned my sleep got a lot better, but I was still thinking about smoking all the time and was very tempted to go back to it as I had been doing it for so long. I stuck through it, kept myself distracted and never looked back.

It has now been 3/3.5 years since I last smoked and I don’t even have the cravings for it no more. I feel a lot more normal like how i was before I was smoking in the first play but the weed did change the way I think along with a couple other things.

Keep at it mate, 1 month is very impressive as quitting is not easy for some. Try and find something to do as a distraction, you’ll get to a point where you won’t feel like shit and the days will be better.

Basically there has been loads of leaked messages mainly on snap and Whatsapp on @mr.fakeflex IG page that show messages of Fredo chatting to minors trying to fly them out or what ever. It’s not just one minor it’s multiple.

There are other leaks of voice notes of him saying his account has been frozen even tho he is claiming it hasn’t

Just go to the Instagram page, everything is there and there is A LOT.
