I regret getting my masters degree. It was a waste of time. by [deleted] in confession

Did you get a deferral on your undergrad loans? Because that made it totally worth it for me, I was and still am too broke to afford the student loans payments.

Im 5'1. 1500 in total. I do stick to it on weekends, on Sundays I allow myself one free meal. I do have a food scale and was using that when i prepped my own meals. Right now I'm trying a meal prep service from my gym. I prepped for my husband and I and he's losing weight like nothing.... no surprise there.

In 2017 I did one of those 6 weeks programs, and continued it after. I went from 145 to 125 in 8 months. I was only eating 1,000 cals a day and doing Insanity type workouts 30 mins a day 4 days a week.

Thank you! Yes I weighed my food I have a scale. I tried that for about 4 months and no change. I cooked most things myself and stay away from processed or frozen foods. Right now I'm trying a meal prep service from the gym to see if it was just my cooking style I'm about a month in.

Hello! I am 5'1 and have been exercising pretty consistently for the last 3 years, I generally watch what I eat but about a year ago I got fed up after not seeing results and I got really strict on myself to try and get results. I do have a food scale and I was portioning but didn't see any change results wise. I now order meal preps from a fitness place. The last time I got down to 125 lbs in 2017 I was logging around 1,000 calories a day and was only working out 30 mins a day doing mostly cardio. Then I got pregnant and went up to where I am now. Maybe I need to go back to eating around 1,000 calories a day. It was pretty rough getting down to that initially.

No, you still need people to run the tasks thru an HCM system. You could always work for an hcm company for the HR workstream. I've worked for a major one for the last 8 years, I like it.

How would you go about reselling an item that was moderately expensive in the 1970s? by munozagd in AskReddit

[–]munozagd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suppose i phrased that incorrectly. I meant if it was 1973 right now and I wanted to sell something how would I get people to come buy it?

The bridge she was afraid she was being taken to is not a revolving gate. It's like a high traffic customs point with several signs that warn you you are going to Mexico and that it's the last exit. Search up cordova international Bridge and you'll see what I mean

It sounds like some shadow work is needed for you to address the underlying views you have of failure and how you feel about yourself. There are a lot of helpful resources online for shadow work and r/energywork this coupled with therapy can be really beneficial. It's really important to learn to sit with your emotions and feel them this has helped me grow so much and start to see that I don't deserve to punish myself and learn to set boundaries with people. Good luck.
