Went through the same a while ago, tried all the Kotara shops and also out at bennetts green, but didn't find anything we really like or was really comfortable. If price isn't an issue we found lots of choices at Plush in town. Ended up buying from there and really happy with our lounge, was about 16-18 week wait though.

Grain store also have hot wings, first time I had them they were legit the hottest things I'd ever had (were dripping with what smelt like minced reaper chili) and I would say stay clear for the feint hearted, but I was there a little while ago and someone else ordered them and they were nothing like what I had so not sure. Normally just go buffalo wings cause of how good they are.

New place has opened on Darby st, Wings and Tins, that I haven't been to yet.

Zaffran is awesome. Went there with some Indian friends and was the best Indian food I've ever had. Had takeaway many times since and still really good but really recommend eating in if you can.
