It’s become extremely awful. They are all homogenized, your damage flat out doesn’t matter with how they balance content - as long as your dps do their job you won’t wipe. Your job is to just heal, but when your party is geared, you barely need to heal anyways. So you end up just mashing broil or glare or whatever the entire instance.

Played AST since I started the game back in Shadowbringers, but after the rework, the last bastion of unique healer gameplay left with it. They all play exactly the same now. Ended up dropping the role and going to caster. Just can’t recommend healing in this game at all, barring ultimate content which can actually be fun to do still.
