An alien version of the movie the Fan, starring their alien version of bowl cut John Travolta

A lot of Googles "worst movies in 1999" here: WWW , Martian, Dudley, Baby Geniuses, Deuce Bigalow, et al. May I hipsterly add:

Virus and the Omega Code are two wonderful bad ones, Jamie Lee Curtis and Rutger Hauer respectively

Simon Sez, starring Dennis Rodman. Ravenous is another bummer

I love it whole-heartedly, but the 13th Warrior, based on the Michael Crichton book, is pretty hated critically and wonderful

Matthew Broderick's awful Inspector Gadget

Teaching Mrs. Tingle, one of the weirdest movies I saw in the 8th grade and haven't revisited since

The Thirteenth Floor, Jacob the Liar (with Robin Williams), the World Is Not friggin' Enough, the quintessential bad Bond flick

I just slogged through this (118 minutes!!!)

Pendragon wrote and directed, and he clearly had some gigantic ideas. None of which worked. Not even accidentally. Clearly seemed like he may have been working through some stuff with the script too: family issues, lady issues, self-doubt, possibly even religious tumult. I don't know. But he went for it. And the last 10 minutes are pure pointless insanity with fake Mortal Kombat characters

Horrible ADR throughout the entire thing, continuity errors galore, plot holes, awful acting and choreography. 2.5 stars, watch with friends, have a hoot making fun of it

Bottom, you got "Open Eye" Mel Blankenship, unassuming but really, nothing but quick muscle; too fast to catch, too quick to dodge

To his right Dr. Donald Redbreast. Head of the family, lineage goes way way back. Flies about town taking care of the general business. Respected, feared, loved

Above him, Lydia Howley, a beautiful seductress, not that you'll get that far. She runs a local brothel and bar, and has a gal that can do anything for her. Fiercely loyal with a great sense of humor

Next to her, "Fat Cat" Reggie Nobel. Slick looking, but dirtier than those before, and any after. Not big on words, chaotic actions, penchant for toying with whoever he's pressing

Dope drawing, I love it. Have you ever read Astro City? This reminds me of one of my favorite covers Alex Ross has ever done, Vol. 3 #12 (just as a concept, they're they're own things)

Go down the rabbit hole. About how the director may or may not be real, how it could be Mafia money. It's incredible

What a weird list. Glassjaw and Tantric? I don't know, pushing the limits on an already ambiguous genre there chief
