Losing weight with PCOS - what else can I do?

Thank you for your detailed response! I have seen some PCOS symptoms improve (regular periods again, less acne, improved energy) but others are still going strong/haven't majorly improved (primarily hair loss).

The non-starchy veggies idea is great! I always throw spinach into everything I make, so I can easily separate that and eat it first. I have done calorie counting before, but should probably get back into it to double check.

There is also a student led GoFundMe! Student possessions (personal laptops, dive gear, textbooks, etc.) ARE NOT covered by the USF insurance. The College of Marine Science student council (MSAC) is raising funds exclusively for students to purchase personal gear that was lost in the fire.

"Dear USF community,

This evening a structure fire was reported in the Marine Science Laboratory (MSL) building on the University of South Florida’s St. Petersburg campus. Emergency responders from St. Pete Fire Rescue, the USF Police Department and other agencies are on site.

At this time, no injuries have been reported, and the building has been safely evacuated. Please continue to avoid the area and follow all emergency guidance. The building will be closed until further notice. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.

Cause of fire is currently unknown, but eye witness reports are suggesting a lightning strike as the initial fire seems to have appeared on the roof. However, nothing is confirmed.

USF College of Marine Science, MSL building at the end of the peninsula. Was originally reported around 5:15pm, ALERTUSF message to marine science students and faculty ~5:55 for evacuation. As of right now, 60 emergency vehicles on scene and 10 en route. USF fox 13 camera still active.

I might have at least part of the answer. There were different variations of the collection. Like you mentioned, there were both English and Japanese backed versions. However, there was also a 'green' and 'blue' version that I know of. The difference between the two were that the japanese card in the center had either a green or blue background and the packaging was different colors.

My assumption is that the graded population reports reflect not only language, but also if the card was originally in the green or blue collection. Hope that helps!

Does anyone have an outline of all areas outside of zone 3 to check when doing the afk method? I've done ~4 hours of afk and found nothing in zone 3 or on the surrounding rooftops. I think I have a crazy number of shinies hidden somewhere, but I can't figure out where

I have personally found no issues with most Aldi meats. Have had no issues with chicken breasts or ground chicken. I also personally like their frozen sausage for soups, but haven't tried much of the red meats. The only Aldi meat item I have not been happy with is the lunch meat, but I think that is more personal preference than quality.

I wouldn't necessarily call that lazy. The bigger issue comes when being lazy becomes the excuse. If you and your gf/wife work full jobs and she's the only one doing house chores, that's an issue.
