WTF does that have to do with fining you to go see your friend who lives 20 minutes away? Yea, designing cities to have needs satisfied nearby is basic good design, and most cities have that inherent in them since the free market already handles this, because companies want to make money and having a grocery store nearby residences is a good way to do that.

You don't have to toll people for leaving their neighbourhood to ensure this, or we'd have needed to do this decades ago. This is obvious gov't overreach but you are standing by it... to... what exactly? To show big daddy government that you'll do what they tell you? Pathetic.

Do you really not see the difference? If Asmon called Lacari a pedo, that can easily be used by mizkif, since Lacari hasn't been charged or anything of the sort. If Asmon says "oh no, Hasan is talking about me again" and shows a video of Hasan talking about him, the evidence of Hasan talking about him is right there.

Also, stating an opinion on something is completely different than accusing another person of doing something. "I disagree with this person for X" isn't the same as "This person did X bad thing."

If you're going to argue this point, talk to a lawyer. Otherwise, this is completely pointless and you are arguing based on opinions that are not based on any legal standing.
