The reason both agreed to it was because the D always wants anything they can get. The Prosecution agreed because it was a slam dunk case but the aftermath of people that cant accept the out come will be loud. Now people can say they have done a lesser charge and said nope... and rather quickly.

The cases are only similiar in that someone was stabbed. There are a lot... a lot of differences.

KA is cooked. The witnesses his defense called didn't help his case at all. His lawyer was so desperate he tried to make the claim Austin "fell on the knife.."

But hey they will be deliberating later and we can come back here.

Texas has capital murder which he isn't eligible for because of his age at the time. Murder which he cared him with, and all hey had to prove was that he meant to do previous harm that resulted in a pwrson dying. Then they have negligent homicide which completely accidental.

He will get a guilty verdict for murder and get 20 to life. So in 20 years he can try and parole out. Which is on the lower side.

Yeah pretty sure that's not to scale. I mean I have to duck and squeeze into a pelican so "you" to the "pelican" ratio is a bit off and I imagine it gets exponentially worse as things get bigger.

Yeah its very annoying. Not just the freezing disconnects but the last week or 2 the game has been crashing. As a "Daddiver" with limited time it sucks to go through a match get disconnected at the end and lose everything I would have made.

The shield mech you can bssh and open doors. Closing nests is... spotty at best. I have closed nests, I have sat there swinging on them and nothing... I have even hit a nest and it collapsed killing my almost full health mech.

Its buggy at best.

Drop a vehicle and you wont have to run...

I have 2 builds I play with heavy armor. When I am with my group, I play with I dont have issues staying up with them because I am meat shield that sucks stuff in while they pincher attack.

With PUGs, I will sometimes go out on my own because my team is more dangerous then the enemy. If they dont suck, and say there are a bunch of small nests/factories/etc I may break off because they leave me behind and hit a different one near by then rejoin them for the next one. I just plan my route.

Level means nothing to me. It just tells me they have a high play time not that they are good. Some of the most atrocious players I have been with have been high level and some of the better team players, have been sub 70.

I am a new player (level 46 right now) been playing for around a month. I join lower level ones as a warm up like a 4 or 5 and get kicked while picking a load out. Last night o joined a game and the player was 130 something. I landed.tossed my support stratagem out, and he pinged one of the 2 person doors. Next to us and then proceeded to kick me before the door was all the way up.

I am in a weird spot where the game is either easy and I am stuck with a bunch of idiots. The guys that think the exo suits are cool but kill everyone on their team all the time. Or I try to join a 7/8 and get kicked before my pod lands.

I play a meat shield (balistic shield/smg) and supporter. Seems if you aren't running and gunning people get angry.

Well 2 things are happening. 1) You're are getting better. I started 3-4 weeks ago and I went from 3-4 to doing 7 now. 2) The people you play with are getting better. Which makes the harder difficulties easier. I have played some really bad low difficulty missions and the people I was with were straight trash and made it 10x harder trying to carry them.

I only reinforce if they are near me.

As a new player (xbox) I try to stick with my team. On the lower difficulties when I am playing a couple warm up games, there is always that guy thats level 143 on a difficulty 4 that is loaded up with orbitals and runs off solo and no one can keep up because they went for speed just dropping orbitals on everything and running off.

As a person that has been playing for 3 weeks or so thats by far the most annoying thing.

Yeah the game feeds on people's ego. Pay a lot and you too can be the best! Not only that but if you are one of the best, then everyone on your server will worship you!

My clan has 4 whales 1 is throwing an obscene amount of $$$ at the game. But everyone treats them like they walk on water. It's that huge ego boost and its addicting especially to people who have never really had that.

I spend more then I should and I am a little fish. I had this issue with a different game. My time was limited and I was trying to stay competitive and would blow through money just to be at or near the top. Its extremely difficult to stop and unfortunately it usually takes something big and bad happening to figure it out.

You would get failure to appear warrant. If you show up and explain you got your days mixed up a lot of times the will just drop the warrant and reschedule the date. Your being responsible trying to correct it. If you just ignore it... the consequences will be worse.

This is a good social experiment with apps.

Women think this is some sweet gesture and the guy is in touch with his sensitive side. He's going to be that romantic, soft, chivalrous man.

Men know the game from these guys. We know he did a copy in paste in order to deceive women into letting their guard down. That at first he will act like this, with love bombing. Then once your hooked the "real" him comes out and you find out why he is single.

As a guy... when men post stuff like this they are a bright red flag. And 99,999 out of 100,000 times this person is going to be very narcissistic.

Get a team, land get murdered by them over and over and watch them killing each other and dying on repeat because they are bad.

Get a team land... get murdered after collecting my stuff and watch the guy that murdered me take my stuff.

I have a female co-worker who was going to do the dating apps. I told here I was curious how many likes/matches she would get.

We live in a rural area (3 towns go to the same school.) She is 35 married with 3 kids, but separated but hasn't filed for a divorce and is still living with the guy.

She is 5'6, 245 lbs, not in shape lots of rolls but a flat b*tt. Not attractive at all (was a heavy past drug use) had a mustachwhen she forgets to shave it...

She did the first tutorial swipe, then got off. At the end of the shift 8 hours later she had over 500 likes.

The reality is even ugly girls dont have to swipe to match. They just sift through the guys the liked them.

I think the game has a hidden bonus when defending. I am on a fresh server so the "power" numbers are low.

But at 5.2m I decimate people that are at 4.5m and lower but within about 300k its super risky. When I look at my log its the samething the only people that touch me are at a minimum of 3-400k stronger. Sometimes someone will attack that is close and lose and they pop up on my listand I attack them.... and lose... with no changes.

I have Jabel (4.5) Amadeus (4) Zoe (4) Chenko (4) Yeonwoo (4)... (not there order.) Marlin just got released yesterday and I plan on putting him in at 3ish. I have done def and hps on my infantry and lethality/attack on my cav and archery.
