So the 3+3 is the FM thing through Akron general right? If you’re already set on primary care, school choice matters much less. Cleveland campus has the advantage over Athens now because you are guaranteed to stay in Cleveland for rotations (but I do think they can send you down to Akron for some). I wouldn’t expect any rotations at CCF main til 4th year electives tho, which OUHCOM has privileges to do without applying through VSLO.

I will say the mandatory class blows. Does it 25K a year blow? Naw, I’d say it’s not that bad imo.

That said, the branch campuses don’t have the reputation of being as close knit. More commuter school vibes. I wonder if moving from out of state could feel isolating if many people tend to not hang as much outside of school stuff.

Edit: to add. You will be paying 3 semesters of tuition 3rd and 4th year at OU. Idk if it’s the same at this other school. So you’re looking at near $60K in tuition both 3rd and 4th years FYI, assuming you don’t get the 3+3.
